01. What It Is
Chief Almighty pays out on two tracks that look alike and behave nothing alike. Progress Rewards are a four-tier points ladder you claim by hand, and its thresholds are set by your PD level. Rank Rewards are mailed after each phase and after the event, and they ignore your PD level completely. Every strategic call in this guide comes from that split.
The event runs seven phases of exactly one day each. Each phase has its own short task list and its own separate points total. Your points reset to zero at every rollover, so a huge day 1 does nothing for day 2. The Overall ranking is the sum of all seven phase totals, and it is the only place the featured hero's fragments come from.
🎁 Progress Rewards
Four tiers per phase. You tap Claim in the event window. Tier 1 is 1,000 points for everyone. Tiers 2 to 4 climb with your PD bracket, and the bracket locks at event start.
📊 Rank Rewards
Phase rank needs top 1,000 and 50,000 points. Overall rank needs top 1,000 only. Both are mailed, both pay the same to a Lvl 10 PD and a Lvl 30 PD.
- ▸Unlock. Chief's Office Lvl 6. Below that the event is hidden from the calendar, the main screen and shared chat links.
- ▸Schedule. The game controls it and the client cannot predict it. In practice this is an early-server event. Once a server starts receiving King of the Precinct, the cross-server version of this same race, Chief Almighty stops appearing.
- ▸State Showdown bye. The game's own mail says a state with no Showdown opponent gets Chief Almighty instead, starting "00:00 server time next Monday".
- ▸Older variants. Some servers saw a 5-phase and a 6-phase version with Andre as the featured hero and slightly different phase orders. The ladder logic and the rank gates are identical. This guide covers the current 7-phase Pamela version.
02. The Seven Phases
Point values swing by three orders of magnitude from one day to the next, so "how do I clear the 50,000-point rank floor" has a different answer every morning. One Lucky Wheel spin does it on day 2. One Hardened Steel does it on day 5. On day 6 nothing but Chief equipment rating counts, and you need 100 points of it. Read the last column before you spend anything.
| Phase | What scores | Clears 50,000 |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Power Sprint | 30 per Power from construction, 30 from research, 20 from officer training or promotion | 1,667 Power via build or research |
| 2 · Hero Growth | Lucky Wheel spin 90,000 · Legendary fragment 35,000 · Epic 14,000 · Rare 4,000 · 3 per 50 Ammo or Cash, 10 Electricity or 2 Gas confiscated | 1 Wheel spin, or 2 Legendary fragments |
| 3 · Officer Training | Per officer trained, 90 at Lvl 1 up to 1,960 at Lvl 10 · promotion pays the difference between old and new level | 26 Lvl 10 officers |
| 4 · Badge Upgrade | 1,000 per Max Badge Rating point · 45 per Power from research · 3 per 50 Ammo or Cash, 10 Electricity or 2 Gas confiscated | 50 badge rating points, or 1,112 Power via research |
| 5 · Power Sprint | Hardened Steel 50,000 each · any hero's exclusive equipment material 100,000 each · 30 / 30 / 20 per Power as day 1 | 1 Hardened Steel, or 1 exclusive material |
| 6 · Chief's Upgrade | 500 per Chief Max Equipment Rating point. Nothing else scores. | 100 Chief equipment rating points |
| 7 · Hero Growth | Fragments as day 2 · 300 per minute of construction, research or training speedup (Diamond speedups excluded) · no Wheel task | 2 h 47 min of speedups, or 2 Legendary fragments |
Every task is per unit with no daily cap. The 200th Lvl 10 officer pays the same 1,960 as the first. The points popup fires from anywhere in the game when a gain lands, and it stops once you have capped that day's ladder. The "how do I earn points" red dot re-lights every day and only clears when you open the task list, so open it once each morning and ignore it after that.
03. Progress Rewards
The rules text promises that a higher PD level "means higher mission point requirements, but also better Progress Rewards". Both halves are true, and the ratio is the trap. Sweeping tier 4 on all seven days costs a PD Lvl 18 player 11.8M points for 19,000 Diamonds. A PD Lvl 26 player pays 38.5M points for 29,900 Diamonds. The price rose 3.3 times. The prize rose 1.6 times. The higher your PD, the worse the ladder pays per point, so a high-level account should chase rank, not tiers.
Your bracket is the highest PD threshold you have reached from the set below 19, 19, 22 and 26, and it locks at event start. A Chief's Office upgrade that completes mid-event does not move you up. That makes a PD upgrade in progress a free win: the ladder stays priced at your old level, and the Power from the finished upgrade scores on whichever day it lands.
What each tier pays
- ▸Tier 1 · 1,000 points, every phase, every bracket. 80 boxes of 1K Ammo and 80 of 1K Cash. Small, but it is free and it keeps you on the Overall board.
- ▸Tier 2. Boxed resources, roughly 70 to 370 of each 10K box depending on phase and bracket.
- ▸Tier 3. 30 to 75 Hero EXP boxes plus 10 to 40 of each 5-Min speedup type.
- ▸Tier 4. The only tier worth planning around: 2,000 to 4,800 Diamonds plus 2 to 4 each of Legendary Patrol and Legendary Deployment Skill Books.

Deploy BookTier 4 pays Diamonds plus both Legendary books.

| 26 | 820,000 | 2,400,000 | 4,500,000 | 4,200 | 4 |
Tier 1 is 1,000 points in every row. Phase 4 has no separate Lvl 22 bracket, so Lvl 22 to 25 use the Lvl 19 ladder. Phase 6 has one ladder for everyone.
🚨 Claim before the rollover
The main page only opens today's ladder. Tap any other phase tab and you get its task list, never its claim buttons. Once a phase ends, its unclaimed tiers are unreachable from the event window. Whether the game mails them later is not something the client can tell you, so do not test it. Claim every tier the moment it lights up.
04. Rank Rewards

Rank 1 in a single phase pays 20,000 Diamonds. That is more than a PD Lvl 18 account gets from sweeping tier 4 on all seven days. Rank 6 to 10 pays 5,000, more than any single tier 4. Rank rewards do not scale with PD level and are identical in every phase, so a strong account should aim at a phase podium, not at the ladder. A modest account should aim at the 50,000-point floor every day and take the guaranteed Diamonds at rank 501 to 1,000.
📅 Phase rank
Two gates: top 1,000 and at least 50,000 points in that phase. Miss either and the mail never comes. Mailed after each phase ends.
🏆 Overall rank
One gate: top 1,000 by total points. No points floor. Mailed after the event. This is the only source of Pamela fragments.
Phase rank payout
Diamonds are the same every day. The side items change by day: phases 1, 2, 3 and 7 pay 1-Hr Research Speedups plus Legendary Recruitment, and phases 4, 5 and 6 pay 1-Hr Construction plus 1-Hr Training Speedups. Rank 1 also gets a Chief Almighty Gift Box.
| Rank | Diamonds | Speedups (each type) | Legendary Recruitment (days 1, 2, 3, 7) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 20,000 | 10 | 3 |
| 2 | 15,000 | 9 | 2 |
| 3 | 10,000 | 8 | 2 |
| 4 to 5 | 7,000 | 7 | 1 |
| 6 to 10 | 5,000 | 6 | 1 |
| 11 to 20 | 3,500 | 5 | 1 |
| 21 to 50 | 2,000 | 4 | 1 |
| 51 to 100 | 1,200 | 3 | 1 |
| 101 to 200 | 800 | 2 | 1 |
| 201 to 500 | 400 | 1 | 1 |
| 501 to 1,000 | 200 | 1 (one type only) | 0 |

Overall rank payout
Pamela unlocks at 10 fragments, so Overall rank 50 or better unlocks her outright. Rank 51 to 100 gets half way. Below rank 100 there are no fragments at all, only Diamonds and 1-Hr speedups of all three types. The banner shows the whole hero, but the ladder pays fragments.
| Overall rank | Pamela Fragments | Diamonds | 1-Hr speedups (each type) | Gift Boxes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 300 | 80,000 | 30 | 3 |
| 2 | 150 | 60,000 | 27 | 2 |
| 3 | 80 | 40,000 | 24 | 1 |
| 4 to 5 | 50 | 28,000 | 21 | 0 |
| 6 to 10 | 30 | 20,000 | 18 | 0 |
| 11 to 20 | 20 | 14,000 | 15 | 0 |
| 21 to 50 | 10 | 8,000 | 12 | 0 |
| 51 to 100 | 5 | 5,000 | 9 | 0 |
| 101 to 200 | 0 | 3,200 | 6 | 0 |
| 201 to 500 | 0 | 1,600 | 3 | 0 |
| 501 to 1,000 | 0 | 800 | 1 | 0 |
- ▸The leaderboard shows 100 names. Rewards pay to 1,000. If you sit at rank 101 to 1,000 you will never see yourself in the list, only in your own row under it. Trust the row, not the list.
- ▸Overall is a sum, so the big-number days decide it. Power Sprint and Hero Growth totals run into the millions. Badge and Chief equipment days rarely do. An Overall push lives on days 1, 2, 5 and 7.
- ▸Rank mails expire after 14 days. Collect them.
05. Hero Growth Days
A Lucky Wheel spin is worth 90,000 points, and a spin costs 1,500 Diamonds. That is 60 points per Diamond. Day 2 tier 4 at the lowest bracket is 800,000 points, nine spins, 13,500 Diamonds spent to get 2,600 Diamonds and four skill books back. Never spin for the ladder. Spin on day 2 only if you were going to spin anyway, and then every spin you had planned belongs on day 2 and nowhere else.
Fragments score exactly the same on day 2 and day 7: Rare 4,000, Epic 14,000, Legendary 35,000. Day 7's ladder is the same price or cheaper than day 2's at every bracket, and it has no Wheel task. So the split writes itself: spins on day 2, speedups on day 7, and fragments held back to top up whichever day sits closest to a tier edge. Two Legendary fragments clear the 50,000 rank floor on either day.
⭐ Day 7 speedups: 300 per minute, whatever you speed
Day 7 scores every minute of construction, research or training speedup at 300 points. A 1-Hr speedup is 18,000. An 8-Hr speedup is 144,000. It does not matter what timer you cut, so burn speedups on the lowest-Power timers you have and save the high-Power completions for Power Sprint. Diamond-bought speedups do not count. The rank floor is 2 hours 47 minutes of speedups. Tier 4 at the lowest bracket is 44 hours 27 minutes, or 23 Legendary fragments.
- ▸Fragment math for the ladder. Lowest bracket, tier 4 on day 7 is 800,000: 23 Legendary, or 58 Epic, or 200 Rare. At PD Lvl 26 it is 4,500,000: 129 Legendary. A high-level account does not sweep this ladder with fragments.
06. Power Sprint Days
Day 1 is the most expensive ladder in the event and day 5 is the same ladder at a discount. Both score 30 per Power from construction or research and 20 per Power from officer training. Day 1 tier 2 at the lowest bracket is 1,190,000 points, which is 39,667 Power in one day. Day 5 tier 2 is 686,000, which is 22,867 Power, and day 5 adds two item tasks day 1 does not have. Aim your long timers at day 5, not day 1.
📅 Day 1
Power only. Rank floor is 1,667 Power. Tier 4 at the lowest bracket is 100,334 Power, at Lvl 26 it is 233,334. Treat day 1 as a floor day unless a Chief's Office upgrade or a big research happens to land.
📅 Day 5
Power plus Hardened Steel at 50,000 each and any hero's exclusive equipment material at 100,000 each. One of either clears the rank floor. Seven exclusive materials clear lowest-bracket tier 2 with no Power at all.
- ▸Queue for completion, not for start. Only the moment Power lands counts. Set long construction and research so it finishes inside day 5, and hold the finishing speedups for that window.
- ▸Research is worth more on day 4. Badge Upgrade day pays 45 per research Power against 30 here. If a research completion is movable, day 4 beats both Sprint days.
- ▸Training Power is the weak lane. 20 per Power here versus 1,960 per Lvl 10 officer on day 3. Never train on a Sprint day for event points.
- ▸Hardened Steel and exclusive materials only count when used. Forge and upgrade the gear on day 5.
07. Officer Training Day
Points per officer rise faster than the officer's level. A Lvl 1 officer is 90 points, 90 per level. A Lvl 10 officer is 1,960 points, 196 per level. The same batch size at your highest tier pays roughly twice what the same count of low-tier officers pays per level of value. Train the highest tier you can afford and nothing below it. The rank floor is 26 Lvl 10 officers, well inside a single batch.
| Officer level | Points each | Points per level | Officers to clear 50,000 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lvl 1 | 90 | 90 | 556 |
| Lvl 2 | 120 | 60 | 417 |
| Lvl 3 | 180 | 60 | 278 |
| Lvl 4 | 265 | 66 | 189 |
| Lvl 5 | 385 | 77 | 130 |
| Lvl 6 | 595 | 99 | 85 |
| Lvl 7 | 830 | 119 | 61 |
| Lvl 8 | 1,130 | 141 | 45 |
| Lvl 9 | 1,485 | 165 | 34 |
| Lvl 10 | 1,960 | 196 | 26 |
- ▸Promotion pays the difference. Lvl 9 to Lvl 10 is 475 per officer. Lvl 1 to Lvl 10 is 1,870, almost a fresh Lvl 10 at 1,960. Promoting a stack of low-tier officers to your top tier is the cheapest route to a big day 3 number.
- ▸Ladder scale. Lowest bracket: tier 2 is 342 Lvl 10 officers, tier 4 is 852. At PD Lvl 26 tier 4 is 5,128 Lvl 10 officers. Decide from your capacity whether this is a floor day or a ladder day before you start.
- ▸Completion counts, not queueing. A batch that finishes after the rollover scores on day 4, where training is worth nothing. Speed it or size it to land inside day 3.
08. Rating Point Days
Day 4 has a hidden second lane and day 6 has none. Badge Upgrade day pays 1,000 per Max Badge Rating point, but it also pays 45 per Power from research, half again more than Power Sprint. A research completion of 7,489 Power clears lowest-bracket tier 2 on its own with no badge work at all. Chief's Upgrade day pays 500 per Chief Max Equipment Rating point and nothing else. If you are not upgrading Chief equipment on day 6, the day is a zero.
🎖️ Day 4 · Badge Upgrade
Rank floor: 50 badge rating points, or 1,112 research Power, or 833,334 resources confiscated. Lowest-bracket tier 4 is 1,120 badge points or 24,889 research Power. Land your biggest research here.
🛡️ Day 6 · Chief's Upgrade
Rank floor: 100 Chief equipment rating points. Tier 2 is 1,056 points, tier 4 is 5,300 and pays the event's biggest tier 4 at 4,000 Diamonds plus 3 of each book. One ladder for every PD level.
- ▸Tap the info button on the task. Both days show a per-level breakdown of how many rating points each badge or equipment level gives. Use it to see whether your planned upgrades reach a tier before you spend the materials.
- ▸Save badge and Chief equipment materials for these days. Rating points gained on any other day score zero. Hold them for the week and dump them on day 4 and day 6.
- ▸The day 6 tab says Chief's Upgrade. The rules text says Chief's Equipment. Same day, same single task. Do not look for a second one.
- ▸Day 4 skips the Lvl 22 bracket. PD Lvl 22 to 25 accounts get the Lvl 19 ladder, the one place a mid-level PD gets a small break.
09. Common Mistakes
- ▸ Leaving a tier unclaimed overnight. The main page only opens today's ladder. Yesterday's claim buttons are gone. Claim the moment a tier lights up.
- ▸ Spinning the Wheel to reach a tier. Nine spins is 13,500 Diamonds for a 2,600-Diamond tier 4. Spin only if you were spinning anyway, and then do it on day 2.
- ▸ Dumping every fragment on day 2. Day 7 pays the identical amount and its ladder is cheaper. Hold fragments and top up the day that is closest to a tier edge.
- ▸ Speeding high-Power timers on day 7. Speedups pay 300 per minute regardless of what they cut. Cut cheap timers on day 7 and let the big Power land on day 5.
- ▸ Finishing research on a Sprint day. Research is 45 per Power on day 4 and 30 on days 1 and 5. Move it if you can.
- ▸ Hitting top 1,000 in a phase with 40,000 points. Phase rank rewards need both top 1,000 and 50,000 points. Check the floor before you stop.
- ▸ Assuming you are out because you are not in the list. The board shows 100 names and pays 1,000. Your own row under the list is the real number.
TL;DR — The Quick Hits
- 1. Seven one-day phases, each with its own task list and its own points total. Points reset every rollover.
- 2. Progress Rewards are claimed by hand and priced by your PD bracket. Rank Rewards are mailed and ignore PD level.
- 3. Your PD bracket locks at event start. A Chief's Office upgrade finishing mid-event keeps the old ladder and scores its Power on the day it lands.
- 4. Tier 4 costs 3.3 times more at PD Lvl 26 than at Lvl 18 and pays 1.6 times more. High-level accounts chase rank, not tiers.
- 5. Rank 1 in one phase is 20,000 Diamonds, more than sweeping every tier 4 at the lowest bracket.
- 6. Phase rank needs top 1,000 and 50,000 points. Overall rank needs top 1,000 only, and it is the sole source of Pamela fragments. Rank 50 or better unlocks her.
- 7. Claim every tier before the rollover. Yesterday's claim buttons cannot be reached.
- 8. Tier 1 is 1,000 points every day for every PD level. Always take it.
- 9. A Wheel spin is 90,000 points for 1,500 Diamonds. Never spin for the ladder. Planned spins go on day 2.
- 10. Fragments score the same on day 2 and day 7. Hold them and top up the closer tier edge.
- 11. Day 7 pays 300 per minute of speedup on any timer. Cut cheap timers there, not Diamond speedups.
- 12. Day 5 is the cheaper Power Sprint and adds Hardened Steel at 50,000 and exclusive materials at 100,000. Land long builds there.
- 13. Research pays 45 per Power on day 4, more than either Sprint day.
- 14. Day 3: train your highest officer tier. Lvl 10 is 1,960 each, 26 clear the floor. Promotion pays the level difference.
- 15. Day 6 scores Chief equipment rating and nothing else. Save those materials all week.
