Alliances

Alliance
A player guild that collaborates on tech, war, and events.
Alliance Assistance (Help)
Requesting members to shorten your build/research timers.
Alliance Coins
Currency for the Alliance Store.
Alliance Flag
Structures that expand and connect alliance territory.
Alliance HQ
The central building that establishes alliance territory.
Alliance Ranks (R1–R5)
Member tiers; R5 is the Leader and R4 are officers with administrative powers.
Alliance Tech
Shared research that buffs all members, funded by donations.
Rally
A coordinated attack where multiple members' squads hit one target together, led by a Rally Leader.
Sheriff Points
Points members earn from tasks and confiscation; converted to Alliance Coins weekly for high ranks.
Stronghold Clash
A seasonal event where alliances register to capture and hold strongholds from the Skull Gang.
Verified Member List
A whitelist of members who can rejoin and auto-restore their rank.

Chief Equipment & Orders

Chief Badge
Three badges (Guard, Biker, Marksman) that boost that class's Health and Penetration.
Chief Equipment
Your personal gear (6 slots), separate from hero gear, granting class-based troop buffs; unlocks around Officer Level 22.
Chief Orders
One-time command actions issued from the Press Office, such as Emergency Deployment, Rapid Construction, Supply Coordination, and Chief Speech.
Set Bonus (Resonance)
Bonus buffs for equipping matching Chief gear sets.

City & Buildings

Arena
Where heroes compete for ranking-based rewards.
Armory
Produces Ammo.
Chief's Office
The main building; its level is your account level and gates which features you can unlock.
Command Center
Manages rallies and deployments; its level sets your rally/march capacity.
Detective Division
Detectives turn Documents into Arrest Warrants; also unlocks Intel Cases.
Dispatch Center
Sends and receives alliance assistance and reinforcements.
Electrical Room
Produces Electricity.
Gas Station
Produces Gas.
Guard Academy / Biker Academy / Marksman Academy
Training buildings; upgrading each unlocks higher-tier officers of that class.
Hero Hall
Recruit and train heroes.
Hospital
Heals injured officers up to its capacity.
Interrogation Room
Where suspects are questioned; produces Satisfaction.
K9 Tactical Center
Building for training your K9 pets.
Motor Squad
Tactical squad training facility; sends patrols that gather Alloy.
Parking Lot
Where patrol cars are kept.
Patrol Division
Patrol Officers use Arrest Warrants to bring in criminals; unlocks the open-world patrol system.
Police Cell
Produces Cash by detaining criminals.
Press Office
Where you issue Chief Orders.
Reception
Handles citizen crime reports; the Receptionist turns them into Documents.
Recovery Center
Treats critically wounded officers and recruits Reserve Officers; accumulates Loyalty.
Research Center
Where technology is researched.
Security Wall
Your base's defensive wall; has Durability and can station heroes for defense.
Suggestion Box
Where citizens submit feeback to and request assistance from the PD (provides small amounts of diamonds for assistance).

Combat Stats

Attack (ATK)
Damage output.
Class Stats
Per-class stat lines (e.g., Guard Attack, Biker Defense, Marksman Health) targeted by specific buffs and gear.
Critical Hit (Crit)
A chance-based amplified-damage strike.
Defense (DEF)
Damage mitigation.
Health (HP)
Hit points / durability.
Lethality
Raw attack value used for minion/troop combat math.
Load
Resource-carrying capacity of a troop.
Penetration
Armor-piercing stat; reduces the effect of enemy Defense.
Squad Attack / Defense / Health / Penetration
The combined version of each stat across a whole squad.

Construction & Time

Building Level (Lv.)
A building's rank; higher levels raise its capacity and stats.
Construction Contract
Item that temporarily unlocks a second construction queue.
Construction Queue
A build slot; you start with one and can unlock a second temporarily or permanently.
Offline Income
Resources your buildings produce while you're away, capped at roughly 12 hours.
Speedup
Item that reduces remaining time on a task. Variants include Universal, Construction, Training, Healing, and Research speedups, in sizes from 1 minute to 8 hours.

Core Concepts

Chief
You, the player; the commander who issues orders and leads squads.
Hero
A named, collectible character who leads a squad and provides combat and economic bonuses.
Officer
An individual trained combat unit. Comes in three classes: Guard, Biker, and Marksman.
PD (Police Department)
Your home base/city; produces resources, houses your buildings, and is the target enemies attack.
Power
Your overall strength score, combining buildings, officers, heroes, equipment, tech, and pets.
Power Grade
A letter rank (D, C, B, A, S, SS) showing how your power compares to other players at your level.
Precinct
Another name for your PD; your headquarters location on the world map.
Squad
A deployed group of officers (and a hero) sent out to fight, gather, or defend.
State
Your game server/region, home to many players and alliances; states can merge during cross-server events.

Defense & PvP

Burning
The 30-minute state after a lost defense, after which the PD may be randomly relocated.
Garrison / Stationing
Placing a squad to defend a building, resource point, or position.
Reinforcement
Sending squads to help an ally defend or attack.
Scout
Reconnaissance action that reveals an enemy's defenses and resources.
Scout Jammer
Item that blocks enemies from scouting you.
Tactical Shield
Time-limited protection blocking attacks and scouts; has a cooldown after it ends.
Wall Durability
Your Security Wall's health; when it hits 0 your PD burns.

Events & Activities

Alliance Mobilization
A season-based alliance task-completion event with leagues and milestone rewards.
Alliance Training (Joint Exercise)
A real-time alliance battle event for control of key structures.
Capitol War
A large alliance-vs-alliance event for control of the state capitol.
Chief Almighty
A multi-phase progression event spanning construction, hero growth, arrests, and more.
Daily Tasks
Objectives that reset at server midnight for rewards.
Growth Tasks
Tutorial/story missions that guide you through game systems.
Lucky Wheel / Shot of Fortune
Spin-the-wheel gacha events using Lucky Coins or Fortune Tickets.
Mafia Attack
A wave-based PvE event fighting escalating crime gangs.
Sign-In / Login Gift
Daily consecutive-login reward track.
The Lost Vault
A safe-cracking puzzle event with commendation-medal currency.
Vault Trap Operation
A co-op alliance raid on a boss for damage-based rewards.
Wild West
A boss-rally event to defeat the Sunset Killer and recruit a hero.

Hero Equipment & Gear

Exclusive Equipment
A signature weapon for a Legendary hero that grants extra unique skills (e.g., Enforcer M870 for Brooke).
Gear Rarity
Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary; higher rarity allows higher strengthen levels (up to 100).
Hero Equipment
Four gear slots per hero: Hat/Visor, Gloves, Armor, Boots.
Specialized Forge
A Legendary-only upgrade path (levels 1–20) using Hardened Steel for extra bonuses.
Strengthen (Enhancement)
Leveling a gear piece using Strengthen EXP to raise its stats.

Heroes

Combat Hero / Development Hero
Heroes built for battle vs. heroes built for economy and base support.
Hero EXP
Item used to level up heroes (cap level 80).
Hero Fragment (Shard)
Collectible pieces used to recruit a hero or raise their star level.
Hero Rarity
Quality tier: Rare (Blue), Epic (Purple), Legendary (Gold).
RPG/Patrol Skills
A hero's active in-battle skills, upgraded with Patrol Skill Books.
SLG/Deployment Skills
A hero's passive world-map/deployment skills, upgraded with Deployment Skill Books.
Star / Ascension
A hero's promotion tier; raised with shards for stat and passive bonuses.
Stationed Hero
A hero assigned to the Security Wall, Alliance Building, Stronghold Building, or Ally base to defend that building.
Talent Skill
A special squad-wide passive unique to certain Legendary heroes.

Inventory & Misc.

Avatar Frame / Nameplate
Cosmetic decorations for your player profile.
Backpack (Bag)
Your item inventory.
Chest
A reward container (resource chests, equipment chests, K9 supply chests, etc.).
Energy
A stamina resource (regenerates over time) used for certain deployments and activities.
Skins
Cosmetic appearances for your Chief's Office, vehicles, and avatar.

Officers & Troops

Biker
Fast attacker class. Strong against Guards.
Class Triangle (Restraint)
Guard > Marksman > Biker > Guard; each class deals bonus damage to the one it counters.
Guard
Melee/defensive officer class. Strong against Marksmen.
Injured Officers
Officers hurt in battle; must be healed in the Hospital.
Marksman
Ranged-damage class. Strong against Bikers.
Mass Training (Batch)
Training many officers at once for a lower per-unit time but higher total cost.
Repatriation
Recalling all squads back to their home PDs.
Reserve Officers
Replacement officers recruited when your hospital overflows; made permanent with Loyalty.
Troop Quality
Rarity label tied to tier: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary.
Troop Tier
An officer's quality rank, from T1 "Rookie" up to T10 "Royal"; higher tiers are stronger and unlock passive skills.
Wounded Officers
Near-death officers sent to the Recovery Center.

Pets (K9 System)

K9
Your police-dog companions (e.g., Foreman, Beacon, Buggy) that provide passive squad buffs and active skills.
Pet Level / Pet Rank
A pet's experience level and its rank-up tier, which raise its buffs and skill caps.
Pet Skill
An active K9 ability on cooldown (e.g., instant resource confiscation, construction boost).
Pet Training
A randomized roll that grants troop-stat buffs, with rarity tiers carrying bigger gains and bigger risks.

Precinct Powerplay (PP)

Flag Capture
Won by clearing all enemy squads in a lane; more flags means victory bonuses.
Lane
One of three battle routes (Left/Middle/Right); win lanes to capture their flags.
League
Your PP ranking tier (Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Master).
Powerplay Store
Shop that spends PP currency.
Precinct Powerplay
An alliance-vs-alliance competitive mode fought across three lanes.
Round-Robin Tournament
The format where each grouped alliance fights every other one across multiple rounds.
Squad Deployment
Assigning chiefs and squads to lanes before battle.

Recruitment (Gacha)

Hero Recruitment
Summoning hero shards from banners, split into Epic Recruitment and Legendary Recruitment.
Hero Token
Special items exchanged for hero fragments.
Pity / Guaranteed Grant
A counter that guarantees a reward after a set number of unlucky pulls.
Recruitment Banner
A time-limited summon pool with set drop rates.

Research & Technology

Contribution Points
Currency used to fund Alliance Tech, earned by donating to alliance research.
Tech (Technology)
Researched upgrades from the Research Center across three trees: Development, Economy, and Battle.
Tech Buffs
Permanent passive bonuses from researched technologies.

Resources & Economy

Alloy
An advanced material from Motor Squad patrols, used for upgrading building parts and tech.
Ammo / Cash / Electricity / Gas
The four primary resources, produced by the Armory, Police Cell, Electrical Room, and Gas Station respectively.
Confiscation
Gathering resources from tiles on the world map (unlocks at Chief's Office Lv. 7).
Confiscation Speed
How fast your squads gather a given resource.
Loyalty
A morale resource used to permanently add Reserve Officers to your forces.
Protected Resources
The amount kept safe in storage; anything above your storage cap can be looted.
Safe Resources
A protected variant of each primary resource that enemies cannot seize.
Satisfaction
Currency produced by interrogation, spent on Chief Orders.

Shop & Monetization

Battle Pass / Weekly Pass
Tiered reward tracks with free and paid (Epic) lines.
Chief Emblems
An alternate premium currency that doesn't count toward recharge events.
Chief's Supplies
A randomly-refreshing diamond shop.
Diamonds
Premium currency bought with real money and earned as rewards throughout various tasks.
Growth Fund
A one-time purchase that pays out rewards as your Chief's Office levels up.
Monthly Pass
A subscription enabling conveniences like Auto-Deploy and auto rally-join.
Night Market
Rotating specialty material and combo-deal vendors.
VIP
A tiered membership (VIP 1–12) granting daily free packs and passive buffs.
VIP Points / VIP Time
Currency and duration that activate VIP privileges.

Social & Communication

Battle Report (War Report)
A detailed email summarizing a fight's outcome and stats.
Block
Ignoring unwanted contact from another chief.
Friends
Your in-game social connections.
Mail
In-game inbox for rewards, notifications, and Battle Reports.
State Chat / Alliance Chat / Private Chat
The global, guild, and one-to-one chat channels.

The Arrest Pipeline

Arrest Efficiency
How quickly criminals can be brought in.
Arrest Warrant
Made by the Detective Division from Documents; required to arrest criminals.
Criminal
The arrest target; held in the Police Cell, where it generates Cash.
Document
Produced when the Reception processes a citizen crime report.

World Map

Crime Boss
A powerful map enemy with a recommended power level and big rewards.
Facility
A capturable map structure (e.g., Cop Academy, Arsenal) that grants buffs to the controlling alliance.
Resource Tile / Resource Camp
Map nodes you send squads to gather from.
Skull Gang
The crime faction defending strongholds.
Stronghold
A major fortified location (Ops Base or Prison) contested during seasonal events.
Teleport
Relocating your PD elsewhere on the map.
Territory
Land an alliance controls, expanding outward from its HQ via flags.
World Map (State Map)
The shared map where players and alliances fight over territory.
