v0.0.989
September 2, 2026
- FixedClaiming a Gift Box from the chat Gift Box list now reliably opens the claim details and updates the buttons in the list. Claimed and expired Gift Boxes also stay in the list instead of being removed while you are reading it.
- FixedThe Open button on a Gift Box now greys out properly once the box is finished or expired, and the countdown shown on a Gift Box chat message no longer breaks when the message scrolls out of view.
- FixedWorld map panels now close by themselves when the target they are showing disappears, and you can no longer start an attack or a rally on a monster or fugitive that is already gone.
- ChangedThe world map info panel now opens while the State Capitol, State Showdown, Joint Escort and Alliance recommendation windows are open. Tapping a map object with one of those on screen used to do nothing.
- FixedMarch progress on the world map no longer stalls when a march is missing part of its route data.
- ChangedIntel icons on the world map are now drawn at a consistent size, and the Intel detail screen art was updated.

- FixedTapping a Joint Escort truck whose location is out of date now tells you it has expired instead of doing nothing.
- FixedA batch of crash and freeze fixes across chat, scrolling lists, NPC scenes, battle simulation and the event screens.
v0.0.984
August 27, 2026
- AddedAssist Ally is a new Intel Case type. An Alliance member's stuck case appears on your Radar, and their PD panel on the world map gains an Assist Ally button that spends Energy to send a march. Assisting earns credits that finish your own pending cases. Some players will not see this yet.
- AddedClearing a State Prison criminal or boss level for the first time now opens a First Arrest celebration with a button that takes you straight to the prison. An arrow also points at the State Prison from the city view when an arrest is waiting and the building is off-screen. Some players will not see this yet.
- AddedState Showdown now handles a bye. If your State cannot be matched with an opponent you get a bye reward by mail, and Chief Almighty starts for you at 00:00 server time the following Monday.
- AddedDuring the State Showdown war phase, enemy cities that are close enough in level to score for you are labelled Attack Target on the world map. Cities on the opposing State also draw a distinct icon and a red name when zoomed out.
- AddedGlobal leaderboards now show your rank inside your own State when your global row is empty, and print each player's State number under their name. PD Assessment gets its own State and global boards.
- AddedYour idle troop counts, incoming friend requests, and closed private chats now update on screen as they happen instead of only when you reopen the page.
- ChangedThe R4 and above reminder bubble for idle Alliance research now points you at a tech you can actually afford, rather than the first one you could start. If nothing is affordable, tapping it dismisses the bubble for the rest of the day.
- AddedThe pet button in Alliance Training now works. It appears if you own a K9 whose current skill is a battle skill, and opens your battle skills list.
- AddedPets in the K9 Comparison block of a battle report now show a power badge, tappable for a breakdown of that pet's power. Some players will not see this yet.
- AddedThe world map Search panel can now summon the Sunset Killer event boss. Spend the rally item to summon it, then the same button searches for it and takes you there.
- AddedThe construction speed-up popup now shows Tony's construction-time reduction, tappable for the full skill description.
- AddedA Line community link joins the existing Discord link. French and German players also get WhatsApp and Line links at higher spend levels.
- ChangedCoffee Run diamond payouts were cut sharply. The level-up tiers drop from 5,000 Diamonds to between 1,600 and 2,500, and the Classic Coffee Run from 5,000 to 2,000. Per-claim amounts fall from 50-1,250 to between 16 and 625.
- ChangedEmpowerment talent bonuses were rebalanced in Patrol battles. The Lv. 140 Hero Health boost is halved from 15% to 7.5%, while the Lv. 180 Hero Attack and Hero Defense boosts double from 7.5% to 15%.
- ChangedShot of Fortune milestone rewards changed. The three separate 1-Hr Construction, Training and Research Speedup stacks are replaced by one stack of 1-Hr Universal Speedup plus 12-18 Hardened Steel.
- ChangedPD Assessment formations now reset every week. Your saved lineups are cleared at the start of each week, and opening the All-Tower formation screen clears every saved formation if any one of them needs more troops than you currently own.
- ChangedThe Comprehensive Assessment tower in PD Assessment now counts your VIP buffs in its stat check.
- ChangedPD Assessment troop counting was corrected. Troops out on marches now count toward the All-Tower requirement, displayed squad power includes the tower's Special Bonus, pet battle skill buffs are listed under Special Bonuses, and ratio presets fill your squad to full capacity instead of leaving it short.
- ChangedPD Assessment battle reports were rebuilt. All six towers load in one lightweight request, you can page between reports with previous and next, unread dots clear as you read, and the full report loads only when you open it.
- ChangedState Showdown now repeats on a 28-day cycle.
- ChangedThe Interstate Emporium is no longer limited to States 1-16. It now opens on any State once State Showdown has run at least once.
- ChangedThe State Prison no longer requires the chapter task to unlock. Some players still will not see the building yet.
- ChangedOnce your Detective Division holds more than 15 files and your File Cabinet is Lv. 19 or higher, one arrest takes 3 suspects at a time instead of 1.
- ChangedRestrictions on accounts flagged as suspicious were retuned. The Alliance Announcement lock now needs Chief's Office Lv. 15 and the avatar lock Lv. 12, and the rename, private chat and join-Alliance locks trigger one suspicion step later than before.
- ChangedMarches by your own Alliance onto a State Capitol, Cannon, Prison or facility your Alliance already holds no longer appear in the war lists or count toward your march totals.
- ChangedThe Alliance member list is now sorted by power, highest first, within the online and offline groups.
- ChangedThe Alliance switch comparison now shows Leader Activity, meaning the Alliance leader's daily task completion, in place of Alliance Power. The popup itself now appears at Chief's Office Lv. 7 or Lv. 8 depending on your group, so some players will see it later than others.
- ChangedThe Sapphire Bay exploration percentage no longer counts the starting tiles or the Supply Crate tiles. It now measures only the tiles you cleared, so 100% means every non-crate tile is done.
- ChangedThe healing quantity you set in the Hospital is now saved and survives a restart.
- ChangedColoured text is now blocked in chat.
- ChangedChat history is trimmed when you close the chat window. World, Alliance and battle chat keep the last 30 messages each and private chats the last 20.
- ChangedThe State Capitol occupier is now called the Mafia instead of the Skull Gang throughout the Capitol War text.
- ChangedThe K9 Auto-Train button is now called Auto-Drill, and the K9 Construction Speed skill now states that the bonus applies to construction started within the next 5 minutes rather than to work already underway.
- ChangedTerminology corrections across the English text. Sting Operation is now Vault Trap Operation, Alliance Mobilization's first tier is Novice Tier instead of Junior Tier, and event mail titles read Phase rewards instead of Rank rewards.
- ChangedGift packs that force themselves open now only appear in the City and World views, so they no longer interrupt you on your Island. Gift pack links in mail and in the Alliance Treasure Box also open the correct store page.
- ChangedThe hero attribute tooltip now includes your Empowerment gear talent bonuses alongside star and gear bonuses.
- ChangedThe Development, Economy and Fight tabs in the Research window now carry an icon, and their labels no longer wrap mid-word. Some players will not see this yet.
- ChangedThe game now picks the fastest download server automatically and adds alternate login routes, which should reduce failed downloads and logins on poor connections.
- ChangedTapping Go on the notification prompt now takes you to your phone's app settings if you have already been asked once.
- ChangedTranslations were updated across every supported language.
- FixedVideos now pause when you switch away from the game and resume when you come back.
- FixedSeveral chat fixes. Player names in an @mention are no longer censored, a sender's name, Alliance tag and avatar now update on older messages, Mark All Read clears properly, copying a message no longer copies colour markup, and tapping a red packet uses the message you actually tapped.
- FixedThe city Radar warning icon now matches the incoming march. A friendly reinforcement shows the assist icon and a monster shows the monster icon, instead of everything that was not an attack showing as an assist.
- FixedAlliance territory now clears from the map when the building holding it is removed.
- FixedRally defence battle reports shared in chat used the attacker wording. They now read as a defence.
- FixedConditions based on your Public Safety value no longer match two tiers at once at a shared boundary.
- FixedThe K9 Enemy Health Debuff skill showed a plus sign where it should have shown a minus.
- FixedThe Coffee Run rules panels were blank in English. They now show the claim limits and the diamond amounts for each tier.
- FixedThe confirmation dialog for removing members from a chat group listed no names.
- FixedRolling number counters could stop one step short of the real value, and a building that became unlockable kept its locked look until you left and re-entered the city.
- FixedA batch of smaller fixes. The side bar now appears after a reconnect, the march list drops marches that no longer match the tab, Patrol and Arena power refresh after any hero change, shops restock at day change, tapping a red packet with no data no longer opens a blank window, the daily quick-claim button now claims every available point chest, Alliance building red dots no longer stick, and a Precinct Powerplay report now shows empty slots instead of dropping unmatched fighters.
v0.0.971
August 26, 2026
- FixedThe Alliance navigation bubble that points you at a Prison your Alliance registered for no longer appears before the Prison Clash battle has actually started.
- ChangedThe Prison Clash registration walkthrough is no longer limited to a test group. Every Alliance now gets the guide explaining how to register and pick three battle time slots.
- FixedIn PD Assessment, tapping Skip after a challenge has already finished now leaves the battle instead of doing nothing. Several crashes while loading and leaving an Assessment battle are also fixed.
- FixedThe PD Assessment stage screen returns you automatically after a period of inactivity again. Any tip, guide or popup on top of it used to block the timer.
- FixedYour selected materials now clear after you Empower a piece of equipment, instead of staying ticked in the refreshed list.
- FixedSending a Gift Box from your Island now closes the Island screen, so you land on Alliance chat with the Gift Box open instead of behind it.
- FixedThe Mafia Attack and Vault Trap Operation intro videos now load together with the rest of the event, so they no longer stall on first open.
v0.0.967
August 20, 2026
- AddedPD Assessment is a new solo challenge mode, opened from the Command Center at Chief’s Office Lv. 19. You climb a stage ladder in one of six themes, and each theme counts only one source of your Power.
- AddedLegendary hero equipment can now be Empowered past level 100, all the way to level 200. Enhancement stops one level below each milestone at 120, 140, 160, 180 and 200, and Empowering carries it past.
- ChangedThe Like system grew from one type to eight. You can now like a profile (10 a day), a chat message (20 a day), another Chief’s PD on the world map (15 a day), the Alliance Training MVP (1 a day), and red packets, shared items, fire help and defense assists without a limit.
- AddedNew Coffee Run event that gives diamond rewards to alliance members when a player reaches PD milestones (28-30, and Electro 1-3)

- AddedBattle reports now include a K9 Power Comparison and a Combat Tech Comparison for both sides, in mail, in shared report images and in Precinct Powerplay reports.
- ChangedAlliance Mobilization league rules changed. An Elite alliance can now be promoted to Glory by finishing top 3 with at least 7,000 alliance points, and can now be demoted for finishing bottom 3. Glory is no longer demoted by rank, only for scoring 5,000 points or less.
- AddedOilfield Strike now sends two push notifications, one 5 minutes before it starts and one when it opens. Its notification toggle is now visible in Settings.
- ChangedJoint Escort truck re-rolls are cheaper. The rising diamond cost now counts only the re-rolls you paid diamonds for, not free or item-paid ones.

- ChangedDaily task milestone chests are no longer claimed automatically for anyone. You now collect the chest yourself.

- AddedArena added rank milestone rewards paying 50 to 500 Diamonds for reaching best ranks from top 500 down to rank 1. Arena revenge now follows a server list instead of any loss from the current week.
- AddedAlliance poll options each gained their own translate button, and the member list now shows "No votes yet" or "All Alliance members have voted".
- AddedEquipment shown in a scout report is now tappable, so you can open an enemy’s gear detail. Placing an Island decoration past its effective limit now warns you first.

v0.0.949
August 19, 2026
- FixedThe 24-hour birthday invite banner now stores its start time on your account instead of on your device. The countdown survives a reinstall, a cache clear or a move to another device, and a dropped connection no longer loses it.

v0.0.930
August 6, 2026
- AddedChat Gift Boxes: you can now send a Gift Box into Alliance or State chat, and anyone in the channel taps it to claim a random share of diamonds. Boxes last 24 hours and allow 10 claims, and whoever pulls the most gets a bonus reward by mail. Not usable yet: the Gift Box items exist in the game data, but no shop, event or reward currently grants them, so nobody can send one.
- AddedGift Boxes fire automatically when your Chief’s Office reaches level 16, 19, 22, 24, 26, 28 or 30, and at Electro Levels 1-3. Chiefs with no alliance receive 500 or 800 diamonds by mail instead. Not active yet: the reward table ships with every trigger level set to 999, which no Chief’s Office can reach.

- AddedBirthday Celebration event: enter your birth month and day once, and on your birthday you receive a postcard with three gift boxes, a free gift bag, a Birthday Card, and a birthday avatar frame and nameplate. The entry cannot be changed after you confirm it. There is no menu for this: the birth date icon appears on your main screen only when the server sends it to you, and it stays for 24 hours.
- AddedCrime Invasion expands with five new stages (51-55), seven new criminals, seven new interrogations and new boss capture cinematics.
- AddedDistrict Alerts arrests are now fully automatic. The map shows a live Patrol Officers counter, officers and patrol cars are tappable and speak, and criminals show a countdown until officers arrive. Still a test group only: the server decides who gets District Alerts, and everyone else keeps the old Intel screen.

- AddedGroup chats you leave or are removed from now stay in your chat list marked as exited, with a notice explaining why, instead of vanishing silently.
- AddedTwo new notification toggles: Alliance Building (your alliance buildings are under attack) and Maritime Enforcement (your Enforcement Squad finished a mission).

- ChangedThe State Showdown Battle Phase is extended from 8 hours to 12 hours, and Med Kits are renamed Emergency Meds.
- ChangedDuring State Showdown the Capitol War screens now refer to the Supreme Governor, who is appointed for both States when the attackers win. The extra State-wide Official Buffs for the Supreme Governor’s State are removed.
- ChangedAlliance leader replacement now depends only on how long the leader has been absent. On a State younger than 7 days a designated candidate can take over after 1 day and anyone after 3; on an older State it is 2 and 5 days.
- ChangedHot Pursuit is rescheduled. It first runs on State day 11, again between day 31 and 37 depending on your State opening weekday, then every 21 days.
- ChangedThe General Store event grows from 22 to 28 offers in every PD bracket, and the Powerplay Store now requires PD level 6.
- ChangedCity street crowds are no longer thinned out on lower graphics settings, so all street NPCs now appear. The graphics quality setting is also now available to everyone, and the device list it uses grew from about 4,000 to 7,900 phones, so your default quality level may change.
- ChangedRecovery Center capacity can now be raised by percentage buffs, Healing Speed became a time-limited buff, and Capitol War Squad Penetration now appears in your buff list.

- ChangedChief gear enhancement now lists only the materials you are actually short of, instead of every material in the cost.
- FixedArrest slots were tracked across the whole city instead of per area, so a slot taken in one area wrongly blocked the same slot everywhere.
- FixedAlliance members visiting another State showed the wrong State, and locating a member jumped to the wrong map. Both now use the member’s actual State.
- FixedRallies you had only joined could show leader controls such as recall. Rally ownership is now identified correctly.
- FixedThe mail red dot could stay lit because already-read mail was still counted as unread.
- FixedThe Vault Trap "my damage record" button always opened the first trap’s record regardless of which trap you were viewing.
- FixedIsland trees could stay visible after being cleared, and the island camera drifted past a building when focusing it.
- FixedFortune Shot’s progress bar filled to even steps instead of lining up with the milestone chests.
- FixedPatrol auto-continue no longer skips you past an available Crime Invasion, and the "you already have a rally here" warning no longer appears for ordinary marches.
- FixedTapping a coordinate while on another State’s map jumped to the wrong map, and the Capitol capture cinematic played on same-State alliance handovers during cross-State war.
- FixedMap search no longer needs a fresh search after cycling past the last result, and closing the search window mid-search no longer causes an error.
- FixedWorld map fog could stay stale after a Capitol or neutral status change, and several screens gained missing safety checks that could break battle reports, avatar frames and the new-player tutorial.
- FixedText across the game now uses a sharper font rendering method.
v0.0.919
August 4, 2026
- FixedState Showdown: finished stages now load your personal and alliance score and rank instead of showing empty milestones, and an error that could break the war screen before the map data arrived is fixed.

- FixedThe Governor declaration mail showed another mail’s title and no message body. It now shows the correct title, the signer, and the declaration text.

- FixedThe chat member picker now scrolls back to the top of the list when you clear or change the search text.
