Pre-Release Guide

Maritime Enforcement has not run live yet. This guide is built from game code analysis ahead of release. The fixed numbers — squad unlock costs, crate contents, merge odds, the speedup value and the milestone ladder — are locked in configuration files and unlikely to change. The real mission timer, what counts as one mission, the Lightning Speed Pack prices and the event calendar are not published in the game and can only be confirmed once the event runs.

Mission counts in this guide assume the 8-hour timer the game displays, and that each returning squad counts as one mission. Anything estimated is marked as an estimate. We will update this guide with field-tested numbers after the first run.

01. The Mission Loop

Maritime Enforcement is a login-timing event. Nothing you do changes what a crate holds — the crate is rolled the moment a squad departs — so the only levers are how many squads you run, how fast you send them back out, and what you do with the crates afterward.

Eligibility: Chief's Office Lvl 7 or higher. The event runs 5 days, followed by a 1-day claim period where you can claim, open and merge, but not deploy. With an 8-hour timer, one squad finishes at most 3 missions a day — and only if you log in every 8 hours to send it back out. Every hour a squad sits idle is an hour of that ceiling gone.

02. Enforcement Squads

Unlock value — Members Only

Squads unlock in order, and they reset every event — an unlock only lasts the current run. You cannot buy one after the event's five days end.

* Estimates. Assumes the 8-hour timer, perfect 8-hour logins across all five days, no speedups, and every crate opened (a mission averages ~230 Diamonds: 90% × 200 + 10% × 500).

03. Inspection Speedups

Every partial hour costs a full speedup. Each Inspection Speedup removes exactly 1 hour, and the game rounds the cost up. A squad with 7h 01m left needs 8 speedups; the same squad two minutes later, at 6h 59m, needs 7. Wait until the timer drops just under a whole hour, then spend.

Inspection Speedups are the only way to shorten a mission. Your Universal Speedups — including the ones that come out of Storage Crates — do not work here, and there is no Diamond option. With the 8-hour timer, one extra mission costs 8 speedups.

Inspection Speedup✓ Free Daily Speedup

Tap the + next to your speedup count to reach the Lightning Speed Pack (Free): 1 Inspection Speedup per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. It does not stack — a day you skip is a speedup gone — and it is not available in the claim period. Five days, five free hours.

💰 Paid Speedups

The only other source is the Lightning Speed Pack line in the gift shop (Common through Legendary). Prices and contents are not in the game files, so the cost per mission is unknown until the event goes live.

Quick Speedup

Quick Speedup finishes every working squad at once, rounding each squad up separately. If you are short, the game asks before it spends what you have, and it finishes the squad closest to completion first. When you are short, speed up squads one at a time instead, so you choose where the hours land and avoid a partial-hour charge on each.

Auto-EnforcementAuto-Enforcement

Auto-Enforcement loops deploy → speed up all → claim until your speedups run out. It needs enough speedups to finish every working squad before it starts. It is a convenience, not a strategy: it spends your whole stock in one sitting, and it only runs while the event page is open on that tab — switch tabs and it stops. Because it speeds up fresh 8-hour missions, it wastes nothing to rounding.

04. Storage Crates

Lvl 3 and Lvl 4 crates are where the Legendary hero fragments are, and you can only get them by merging. Missions only ever drop Lvl 1 (90%) or Lvl 2 (10%). Every crate gives its full contents — there is no roll inside the crate.

Lvl 4 is exactly five Lvl 3 crates in one. The speedups inside are Universal Speedups for the rest of the game, not Inspection Speedups.

CrateHow You Get ItContents
Lvl 1 Storage CrateLvl 190% of missions200 Diamonds (2 × 100), 5 Basic Bulletproof Fibers, 10 × 5-Min Universal Speedup (50 min)
Lvl 2 Storage CrateLvl 210% of missions, or merge 3 × Lvl 1500 Diamonds (5 × 100), 2 Advanced Bulletproof Fibers, 2 × 1-Hr Universal Speedup
Lvl 3 Storage CrateLvl 375% of Lvl 2 merges2 Legendary Universal Hero Fragments, 2 Hero Eqpt. Chests, 2 × 1-Hr Universal Speedup
Lvl 4 Storage CrateLvl 425% of Lvl 2 merges10 Legendary Universal Hero Fragments, 10 Hero Eqpt. Chests, 10 × 1-Hr Universal Speedup

Odds are the ones the game publishes on its Probability tab. They cannot be checked against live drops until the event runs.

05. Crate Merging

Merging is a trade of Diamonds for Legendary hero fragments, and the top merge is a gamble. Three Lvl 2 crates opened give 1,500 Diamonds, 6 Advanced Bulletproof Fibers and 6 hours of speedups. Merged, they give a Lvl 3 crate three times out of four — just 2 fragments — and a Lvl 4 crate one time in four, worth 10. The average is 4 fragments and 4 Hero Eqpt. Chests, but the most common result is 2.

Merges cost 3 crates each. Lvl 1 merges into Lvl 2 every time. Lvl 2 merges into Lvl 3 or Lvl 4. Lvl 3 and Lvl 4 cannot merge further. The merge screen hides the odds; they are only on the event's rules page.

Lvl 2 Storage CrateLvl 1 → Lvl 2

Roughly even on its own: you give up 100 Diamonds, 30 minutes of speedups and 15 Basic Bulletproof Fibers for 2 Advanced Bulletproof Fibers. Its only real job is to feed the Lvl 2 merge. If the Lvl 2 it makes will not complete a set of three, open the Lvl 1 crates instead.

Lvl 3 Storage CrateLvl 2 → Lvl 3 / Lvl 4

The reason to merge at all. Each mission is worth about 0.4 of a Lvl 2 crate once Lvl 1s are merged up, so one Lvl 3/4 crate takes about 7.5 missions of crates. Merge if you are building a Legendary hero; open if you need the Diamonds.

06. Mission Milestones

For a free player, the track effectively ends at 30 missions. Two squads with perfect logins reach 30. Four squads reach about 60. Everything from 70 up is bought with speedups — the 900-mission tier would take about 6,700 Inspection Speedups on top of four squads.

07. The Claim Day

Deploying stops at the end of day five, but claiming does not. A squad sent out in the last hours will finish during the 1-day claim period, and the game's claim button has no end-of-event block — so those crates are very likely still yours. Whether those late missions also count toward milestones cannot be confirmed until the event runs.

08. Common Mistakes

  • ▸ Unlock value — Members Only
  • ▸ Unlock value — Members Only
  • ▸ Speeding up at 7h 01m. That costs 8 speedups. Wait two minutes and it costs 7.
  • ▸ Missing the free daily speedup. It resets at 00:00 UTC and does not stack. Tap the + every day.
  • ▸ Opening Lvl 2 crates on reflex. The game warns you before opening a mergeable crate. Three Lvl 2s are the only path to Lvl 4.
  • ▸ Merging Lvl 1s that go nowhere. A Lvl 2 you will just open costs 100 Diamonds and 30 minutes of speedups for a fiber swap.

TL;DR — The Quick Hits

  1. 1. Unlock value — Members Only
  2. 2. Unlock value — Members Only
  3. 3. Log in every 8 hours to redeploy. Idle squads are the biggest loss in the event.
  4. 4. Deploying is free; the crate is decided the moment the squad leaves.
  5. 5. Claim the free Inspection Speedup every day from the + button. It does not stack.
  6. 6. Each speedup is 1 hour, rounded up. Spend just after the timer drops below a whole hour.
  7. 7. Universal Speedups do not work on missions — only Inspection Speedups do.
  8. 8. When short on speedups, speed up squads one at a time, not with Quick Speedup.
  9. 9. Auto-Enforcement burns your whole stock and stops if you leave the tab.
  10. 10. Legendary Universal Hero Fragments only come from merged Lvl 3/4 crates and the 50-mission tier in this event.
  11. 11. A Lvl 2 merge averages 4 fragments but usually gives 2. Plan for 2.
  12. 12. Only merge Lvl 1s when the result completes a set of three Lvl 2s.
  13. 13. Deploy every squad just before the event ends — you can still claim on the claim day.
