Joint Escort Event Guide

(v1.1 — last updated 7/10/26)

← Back to Index

A cross-server PvP supply-run event: dispatch trucks loaded with rewards, raid trucks belonging to non-alliance players (including from other servers), and defend your own with Alliance Assist Squads.

Cross-Server PvP2-Day Active EventPD Lvl 12+ to PlayAlliance RecommendedNo Officer Losses

01. Overview & Core Loop

Joint Escort is a cross-server PvP supply-run event. You dispatch trucks loaded with valuable rewards; they travel a random route for 3-4 hours; on arrival you collect whatever's left on board. The catch: any non-alliance player can raid your in-transit trucks — including players from other servers — and seize part of your cargo. You do the same to them.

🔄 The Core Loop

  1. Dispatch a truck — pick 3 heroes, optionally refresh quality (free first time, then Escort Permits or Diamonds), and send it on the road
  2. Truck travels 3-4 hours along a random 5-waypoint route, visible on the world map to your server and others
  3. Other players can raid it mid-route — each raid seizes 25% of the fixed rewards plus 1-3 random items (max 2 raids per truck)
  4. On arrival you collect whatever's left. SSR (Legendary) trucks fully un-raided are the jackpot; raided SSRs still pay out the remainder
  5. Meanwhile you raid other players' trucks to seize their cargo — up to 4 successful raids per sub-phase

✓ The Killer Feature: No Officer Losses

Battles during Joint Escort — whether you're escorting or raiding — do NOT cause officer (troop) losses.Advanced Strategy — Members Only

02. Schedule & Unlock

Unlock Requirements

RequirementDetails
Chief's Office (PD/HQ)Level 7+ makes the event visible (preview only). Level 12+ is required to actually dispatch, raid, or request an Assist Squad — below 12, your trucks show greyed out and every action is blocked.
AllianceNot strictly required, but Alliance Assist Squads significantly improve your truck survival. Strongly recommended.

The Three Phases

1. Preview

Event appears in your activity center 1 day before it opens. See the rules, prep your heroes. No dispatch or raid actions yet.

2. Escort (Active)

~2 days. Dispatch trucks, raid others'. Divided into 24-hour sub-phases with daily resets at UTC midnight.

3. Results

20-hour wrap-up window. View your stats, settle outstanding arrivals. No new dispatches or raids.

Sub-Phase Timing Quirk

⚠️ The Final 4 Hours Are Raid-Only

Standard sub-phases run 24 hours each. The final sub-phase is 28 hours total, but dispatch closes after the first 24 hours. The last 4 hours are raid-only — trucks still in transit can still be raided, but you can't send new ones. Plan your final dispatch carefully — a truck dispatched on the last day with a 4-hour travel time will arrive RIGHT at event close.

Daily resets happen at UTC midnight, not local time. Plan your dispatches accordingly — especially if you're in a timezone where UTC midnight is awkward.

03. Truck Quality & Rewards

Every truck has one of four qualities: N (Normal), R (Rare), SR (Super Rare), or SSR (top tier). Quality determines both the fixed Safe currency bundle AND the number of random reward rolls AND the tier weights for those rolls. Higher quality is better on every dimension.

Normal (N) escort truckN — Normal
Rare (R) escort truckR — Rare
Super Rare (SR) escort truckSR — Super Rare
Top-tier (SSR) escort truckSSR — Top-Secret

Quality Tiers & Names

QualityIn-Game NameFlavor
NRoutine TransportLow risk along the route. Basic Escort Rewards.
RKey EscortRestricted supplies. May be tailed by suspicious vehicles.
SRHigh-Risk EscortHigh-risk mission. Smugglers may be waiting.
SSRTop-Secret EscortTop-secret mission. Intel is strictly classified.

Fixed "Safe" Currency Bundle (per truck)

QualityAmmo (Safe)Cash (Safe)Electricity (Safe)Gas (Safe)
N250,000250,00050,00012,500
R500,000500,000100,00025,000
SR750,000750,000150,00037,500
SSR1,000,0001,000,000200,00050,000

The fixed bundle scales linearly — SSR is exactly 4× a Normal truck. A fully-arrived SSR pays out 1M Ammo + 1M Cash + 200k Electricity + 50k Gas as "Safe" resources (the deposit format that doesn't count against your visible warehouse caps).

Random Reward Rolls

On top of the fixed bundle, each truck rolls a number of random items. Each roll picks a tier (1-4) by quality-specific weights, then selects an item uniformly within that tier. Higher quality means more rolls AND better tier weights — a double bonus.

QualityRandom RollsTier 1 (Common)Tier 2 (Uncommon)Tier 3 (Rare)Tier 4 (Top)
N570%30%
R630%60%10%
SR710%40%30%20%
SSR820%40%40%

SSR is the only quality that can't roll Tier 1 — every random roll on an SSR truck is at least Tier 2 quality. Combined with 8 rolls vs N's 5, an SSR truck's random pool is dramatically better. See Section 9 for the full catalog.

04. The Refresh Ladder

Before dispatching a truck, you can refresh it to reroll quality (and the corresponding cargo). Each refresh on the same truck has BETTER odds than the previous one, building up to a guaranteed SSR on the 6th attempt. Each truck is tracked independently — refreshing one doesn't affect another's odds.

05. Escort Squads

Each truck is defended by an Escort Squad: up to 3 heroes you assign + officers (troops) auto-supplied from your HQ.

Heroes

Heroes per truckUp to 3, one per leader type (Guard/Biker/Marksman)
Hero lockingA hero on one truck CAN'T be on another. To run 2 trucks simultaneously you need 6 distinct heroes.
Mid-escort changesHeroes are LOCKED once dispatched — you can't swap them while the truck is on the road.

Officers (Troops) — Auto-Supplied

💡 Real-Time Officer Updates

Officers are NOT chosen at dispatch — they're auto-supplied from HQ at the highest level you can currently train. The non-obvious bit: any changes to your officer level, count, or combat stats during an escort are applied to your truck in real time.

Practical impact: if you finish a Promotion research mid-escort, your already-in-transit truck gets stronger immediately. Same for tech upgrades. This is a real strategic lever — time your big upgrades during the escort phase.

Officer Distribution

Total officer capacity is calculated from your heroes' troop-deployment caps plus your global deployment buffs.

06. Alliance Assist Squads

Alliance-mates can lend each other defense squads. There are two sides: publishing your own squad (so allies can use it on their trucks) and inviting an ally's squad (to defend your own truck).

Publishing Your Own Assist Squad

Post up to 3 heroes to the Alliance Assist Squad list. Any alliance member dispatching a truck can invite your squad to ride along as backup defense.

The heroes you post are NOT locked from your own use — you can still send them on your own truck escorts and other deployments. This is a rare cake-and-eat-it-too design.

Reward: if an ally invites your squad and their truck successfully arrives, you get a Support Reward: 5× Lv.2 Resource Chest (C) + 5× 5-Min Universal Speedup, mailed to you.

Inviting an Ally's Squad

When dispatching, you can invite ONE alliance Assist Squad to join your escort. Their heroes are merged into your defense team for that trip — the truck is now defended by your 3 heroes PLUS the assist's 3 heroes (server fills empty hero slots and adds combat power).

Each assist squad can only support one truck at a time. Once a squad is in use, it's locked until that truck arrives.

07. Raiding Mechanics

Raiding is the offensive half of Joint Escort. Find an in-transit truck belonging to a non-alliance player, attack it, and seize part of its cargo. The battle is resolved server-side as a standard PvP RPG (Arena) battle.

Who You Can Raid

Eligible targetsAny in-transit truck NOT belonging to your alliance, including cross-server trucks
IneligibleYour own trucks, alliance members' trucks, already-arrived trucks
Per-truck raid cap2 raids max per truck — after 2 raids any truck is safe for the rest of its journey
Your daily raid cap4 successful raids per sub-phase

Battle Resolution

When you raid, the server runs a full RPG (Arena) battle: your raid squad (3 heroes + auto-supplied officers) vs. the truck's defenders (escort heroes + any Assist Squad heroes folded in + their officers). The result is decided server-side and delivered as a standard PvP battle report.

What You Seize on a Win

Reward ComponentAmount Seized
Fixed Safe currency bundle25% of the truck's remaining fixed rewards
Random items1-3 random items from the truck's random reward pile

Raid Payouts by Target Quality

Per successful raid on an un-raided truck. (If a truck has already been raided once, the 25% is taken from the REMAINING amount, not the original.)

N truck62,50062,50012,5003,125
R truck125,000125,00025,0006,250

SSR truck250,000250,00050,00012,500

Plus 1-3 random items from the target's pool. A successful raid on an SSR truck pays as much fixed Safe currency as an entire N truck's full cargo — for one battle. Hunt SSRs.

Cooldowns & Restrictions

Failed raid cooldown10 minutes against the SAME target. Other trucks are still raidable immediately.
Per-truck raid cap2 successful raids max per truck. A 3rd attacker can't raid — the truck is "burned out".

👀 The Visible "Smoke" Tell

On the world map, trucks visibly show smoke/fire effects that grow with the number of times they've been raided. A smoking truck has been raided once already.

08. Travel & Cross-Server Visibility

Travel Time

Every dispatched truck travels for a server-chosen duration between 3 and 4 real hours. The exact time is set at dispatch and shown on the truck info panel before you confirm. Trucks follow a random route with 5 waypoints — you don't pick the path.

Cross-Server & The Hide Toggle

Joint Escort is genuinely cross-server: trucks from other servers appear on YOUR world map and vice versa. Each truck displays a server tag (e.g. #7) so you can see where the owner is from.

There's a "Hide same-server trucks" toggle that lets you filter out players from your own server — useful if you want to focus on cross-region targets (less likely to retaliate against you outside the event) or for testing diplomatic boundaries within your home server.

The Officer Real-Time Update Lever

Since officers update in real time during transit, timing your Promotion research or hero level-ups during the escort phase strengthens trucks already on the road. If you have a Promotion research queued, dispatch a truck and then start the research — the truck's defense scales up partway through transit. This is a small but real edge against raiders who scout based on a truck's appearance at dispatch.

09. Random Reward Pool

The full catalog of what each random reward roll can produce. Each truck rolls N times (5/6/7/8 by quality), picks a tier by the quality-specific weights from Section 3, then selects an item uniformly within that tier.

SSR trucks roll 8 random items, with 40% chance per roll of hitting Tier 4. Expected Tier 4 drops per SSR truck: 8 × 0.40 = 3.2 items. That's the SSR jackpot — a few high-grade gear materials, hero EXP chunks, or 8-hour speedups per truck.
